Don't try to catch it all

So here's the thing we'd rather say out loud, even though we make a great logging app: you are not here to produce a complete record. A perfect log of a life you were too busy documenting to actually live is the saddest possible outcome. If you have to choose, and sometimes you do, choose the moment over the entry.

A timeline with gaps in it is not a failure. It means you were somewhere the app couldn't follow.

The whole reason to keep a record is so that, years from now, you have days worth remembering. Go make some. You can write them down later.
